Emergency contact numbers

WhatsApp support

For non-urgent water queries, you can message us on WhatsApp. We'll respond within 48 hours.

Dry weather update

There is currently no Temporary Use Ban (hosepipe ban) in place for Essex & Suffolk Water customers. While we're not introducing a Temporary Use Ban at this time, we're keeping a close eye on water resources and doing everything we can to protect local supplies, including tackling leaks and bursts as quickly as possible.

Priority Services customers

If there is a water supply interruption expected to last longer than six hours, we aim to deliver bottled water to Priority Services customers who are unable to collect an alternative supply.

Bereavement support

We know this can be a difficult time, and we’re here to make things a little easier. We've partnered with Settld to provide a free online service for reporting a death. Settld can also notify other companies, such as banks, insurers and utilities, in one go. Complete the online form (opens new window)
