We ranked first in the industry for C-MeX, Ofwat’s measure of customer experience, in 2025/26.

It’s the third time in six years that we’ve topped the C-MeX table, and we’re the only water company to have ranked first for two consecutive years.

We know the way we deliver our services matters just as much as the services themselves. That means listening to customers, making support easier to access, working with communities and helping colleagues develop, stay safe and feel included.
