Logistics provide a 24/7 service, which ensures that the water network runs as efficiently and effectively as possible with minimal interruptions to our customers.
Northumbrian Water Logistics Department operates from two main central stores, Washington in the North and Hanningfield in the South; where we offer a counter service as well as supplying our unmanned stores through regular delivery runs. Working closely with our Procurement team we ensure that the stock items that we supply are contracted or follow the procurement policies and guidelines for non-stock items.
