H L Kam (Non-Executive Director) joined the Board in October 2011, having been appointed by CKH, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CK Hutchison Holdings Limited of which he is the Deputy Managing Director. Mr Kam is also Group Managing Director of CKI, a position he has held since its incorporation in May 1996.
He is the Deputy Managing Director of CK Asset Holdings Ltd., President of CK Life Sciences Int’l. (Holdings) Inc., as well as Chairman of Hui Xian Asset Management Limited, which manages Hui Xian Real Estate Investment Trust, a listed real estate investment trust. Mr Kam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and a Masters degree in Business Administration.
