We are pleased to share our Strategic Context document, available via the link below.
The Strategic Context sets out the long-term goals, challenges and priorities that will guide the development of our next DWMP. It explains the direction we’re heading in, why we’re heading there, and what matters most as we plan for the future of wastewater services across the North East.
In response to customer feedback, we have also produced a Customer Summary. This provides an easy-to-read overview of the main themes in the Strategic Context.
A consultation was launched following publication of these documents and closed on 13 April.
