Each year, we offer 12-month placement opportunities to undergraduate students in a variety of areas based on business needs. Our placements are here to fuel your passion and make a real impact. You will get an excellent introduction to the water industry and have the opportunity to develop personally and professionally. You will help us deliver important projects for our customers and play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional water quality, safeguarding the environment and supporting local communities.

Recruitment Process

Our Undergraduate Placement usually open up for two weeks in January for a start in September. You will be asked to complete an online application and attach a copy of your CV. If you’re shortlisted, we’ll invite you to an assessment centre to really get to know you. During the process, we'll keep you posted on how things are going every step of the way.
