For 2022, our Branch Out fund is going to be focussing on Blue Spaces and Canopies to support improvements to the water environment and the Queen’s Green Canopy project. We welcome projects focussing on wetland and woodland habitats (including hedges). Although focussing on these two key habitats for 2022, the fund continues to be for projects that reconnect habitats for the benefit of people and wildlife, building resilience to our region whilst bringing benefits to water, wildlife and communities.
If you, or your organisation, are involved in a project that does just that, then the Branch Out fund might be able to help you.
Applications for grants of anywhere between £1 - £25,000 are welcome.
Our guidance notes are available to download, to help you decide if the fund is right for your project.
If your project needs people to help you, our employees may be able to get involved via our employee volunteering programme.
The next deadline for applications is the end of February 2022, with grants being awarded in March 2022.
Please note: for best results, please download and save the forms before completing.
Please note: Due to the current Covid 19 restrictions the team are working from home, please send email applications only, as we have limited access to our offices and postal applications may take some time to reach us.
