P Rew (Senior Independent Non-Executive Director) joined the Board in 2010. Mr Rew is a Chartered Accountant and was a partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) from 1987 until 2010, where he was lead partner for a diverse range of FTSE 100 clients and for PwC’s UK energy, utilities and mining sector practice.
Mr Rew was formerly a Non-Executive Director of the Met Office, Defra and the Care Quality Commission. He chairs the Audit Committee, Risk & Compliance Sub-committee and the CMA Board Sub-group, and chaired the PR19 Board Sub-group. He is also a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
