‘Our Way at NWG’ is our Code of Conduct which sets out our approach to meeting our wide ranging responsibilities.

We know that we can only achieve our vision by working from an ethical base and our overriding principle, in conducting our business, is to act ethically, lawfully and with integrity, honesty and fairness in all our key relationships.
