T K Harris (Non-Executive Director) joined the Board in February 2026. Mr Harris is the senior Water Industry advisor to KKR & Co. Inc. and has over 40 years’ experience in managing, investing in and advising on infrastructure and utility services businesses, predominately in the water, energy networks and renewables sectors in the UK and Europe. He was deputy CEO at Wessex Water Limited and CFO for over 10 years (until March 2010), having previously held a series of senior management and board positions there.
Mr Harris has previously held a number of non-executive directorships, including with Ervia, Gas Networks Ireland, and South Staffordshire Plc. His other roles have included Industry Partner at AIP, an Advisory Board member of private equity firm, Buckthorn Partners, Vice Chairman of NRR, and a Board member of the Royal Agricultural College.
