D N Macrae (Non-Executive Director) joined the Board in October 2011, and represents CKI, where he holds the position of Head of International Business.
Mr Macrae has many years’ experience in the infrastructure investment field and holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Philosophy, Politics & Economics. He is a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee.
