D N Macrae (Non-Executive Director) joined the Board in October 2011, and represents CK Infrastructure Holdings Limited, where he holds the position of Head of International Business. Mr Macrae has over 26 years’ experience in the infrastructure investment field and holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Philosophy, Politics & Economics. He is a member of the PR19 Board Sub-group, Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
