NWG Property Solutions is leading the way in the industry for the second year running by providing property searches to its customers in a fast and efficient way.
The team is proud to announce it was ranked first out of nine water and sewage companies for the turnaround of our CON29DW conveyancing searches for drainage and water. In 2016, 99.10% of CON29DW searches were carried out in less than three days – well above the industry average of 88.4%.
The team also smashed its other targets including; 100% customer satisfaction for good or excellent, 100% Just An Hour volunteering participation, and reduced postal requests by over 50%.
